For couples wanting to break through communication barriers in their relationship and the feel connected to their partner again.
As couples spend years and decades together, they go through many seasons and life changes together. All relationships go through periods of strain and stress with these changes, such as having a child, financial issues, or a traumatic event. Needing and asking for help is the first step to healing your relationship and strengthening your bond again.
During our sessions we’ll work together to figure out strategies and skills that work for you and your relationship. Every relationship has a unique set of needs, and we’ll focus on interventions that work for you as a couple. As your relationship coach, I’ll provide a warm and inviting environment to be able to support and guide you towards goals that work for you, not tell you what the solution is.

Relationship coaching typically takes place once per week and may vary in the amount of time. Some couples feel they have made an immense amount of progress in only a few months, while others take years to make the strides they were aiming for.
